As a courtesy to our valued customers, Rainbow Pen Company® provides a repair service for any product no longer covered under warranty or past the 1 year warranty period. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon amount of damage and repairs required. We will notify you of any charges and request payment in advance prior to any repair.

Please send your pen, or pens, with proof of date purchased, postage paid, and insured to:

Please be sure to include a non–refundable processing fee of $15.00 with your pen along with your name, return address and a brief description of the defect or damage.
